When Eden is reserved for a retreat, its two villas come together as one completely private environment surrounded by tropical forest.

Is Eden right for your retreat?
Eden is not designed to be the largest retreat venue. That's intentional.
We are best suited to hosts who value quality over quantity, appreciate privacy and want their guests to experience a beautiful private environment rather than traditional shared retreat accommodation.

Up to five guests, each with their own private bedroom.
Couples or close friends
A somewhat larger group may be possible when guests are comfortable sharing bedrooms.

We will work with you to understand your group configuration and determine the most appropriate use of the estate.

Bedrooms
Five luxury bedrooms.
Eden's signature retreat format is intentionally intimate: five guests, each with a private bedroom of their own.
That means space to rest. To reflect. To integrate. To work. To close the door at the end of the day and simply be alone.
We believe this changes the quality of a retreat.
Rather than designing around maximum occupancy, Eden is designed around individual comfort, meaningful connection and a higher level of care.
For couples or close friends who choose to share a room, the king-size beds can be comfortably split into two twins to accommodate larger private groups. On top of the five bedrooms - the retreat leader is allocated a fully equipped unit with a queen-size bed, an ensuite 4PC bathroom, and a private kitchen for a very comfortable and private stay while they are running the retreat.

Eden is tucked into tropical forest on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, approximately five minutes from Sámara Beach, restaurants, cafés and the easy rhythm of town.
